Maré was born from a simple conviction, that premium materials and honest prices are not a contradiction. They are just a choice most brands choose not to make.
The founder
I grew up in the south of Italy in the 80s.
Luxury was not in the vocabulary. Craft was. You learned the difference between something well made and something that only looked it, and that stayed with me.
That sensibility followed me to Melbourne, where Maré was built not as a fashion brand but as a statement about standards. If you are going to wear something every day, it should be worth wearing.
